As we look to the next BIG thing.  We think it must be big.  It must be epic.  Why can’t it just be  a job for a while.  Why can’t I just work for a while and meet some amazing people.  While there, we will create a plan and then we will devise the next step.  Work together to find our greatness.  I can’t wait for that greatness.  Wow, overnight doesn’t really happen

Am I truly grateful for the blessings of each day?  I can still hear my mother, or was it one of my aunts (matronly voice for sure) remind me to “count my blessings”?  That advice looms like a threat in my memory.  Somehow my adolescent brain translated that tone.  I wish I would have been able to appreciate the words.
